The Resort
This Houston-central resort consists of 4 tiny homes and 234 rv sites in an access-controlled RV resort with full water and sewer connections, high-speed internet, and electricity hookups. Large drive lanes allow for easy maneuvering. Select spaces features full pad coverage for your valuable assets.
The resort features two clubhouses, a general store and many other common area amenities including a fitness center, a business center, a resident lounge and community kitchen and three laundry rooms. Outdoor amenities include a pool with hot tub, a dog wash, a playground and rental storage units. Other amenities include golf cart rentals and reserved parking spaces – both regular and oversized. Over the next few months, we will be refreshing interior finishes of the clubrooms and building a free-play arcade, updating the fitness center, adding a new playground and constructing an outdoor living area with picnic tables, yard games, and fire pit.
Location
Just south of Houston, Jetstream RV Resort at Pearland is located near the intersection of Beltway 8 and Highway 288 in Pearland. You can access all the conveniences that the big city has to offer while staying close to that small city feel. The city of Pearland features thriving culinary scene, fabulous shopping, and year-round events. We are just 10 miles from the Texas Medical Center, where they care for 10 million patients annually. We are just 45 minutes from the beaches and excellent fishing along the Gulf of Mexico.

Cancellation policy
While we hope you never need to cancel, we understand that things do come up….
Jetstream RV Resort at Pearland’s cancellation policy is related the time frame between the cancellation date your anticipated arrival date, regardless of when the reservation was made. Please understand we do not give refunds for situations beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, illness), however, can issue a credit per the cancellation guidelines below.
A reservation cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrive date will receive a full refund.
A reservation cancelled 29-11 days prior to arrival date will be charged 1 day ($50) fee.
A reservation cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival date will receive no refund or credit.
No-shows will receive no refund or credit.
No refunds or credits for early departure.
